How much does it cost?
We have prices as low as £45 per room for carpets and upholstery from £25 to £35 per seat. i.e. a 3 seater sofa would cost around £75 to £105 to be professionally cleaned.
How long does it take to dry?
With our machinery being so large we would usually say 3 to 4hrs but this depends on how dirty the carpet is and how much rinse it needs. In the carpet cleaning world in general, you would say 12 to 24hrs. Turning the heating on and opening windows will further increase the drying time
What chemicals do you use?
We use industrial strength cleaning fluids with various HP levels. We also have various chemicals to remove urine, excrement, tea/ coffee, wine, paint etc. Your carpet should be left HP natural and in other words, no harmful substances will be left behind which could be dangerous to humans or animals.

How long does it take?
As a rule of thumb, 1 room/ area takes approximately 1 hour depending how dirty the carpet is and furniture that needs moving. How often would you recommend professional cleaning? It depends on how much traffic you have. In a domestic environment, a family that wears shoes in there home and has 3 children are far more likely to need more regular cleaning than an elderly couple who do not wear shoes in the house and have no pets for example. As a general rule of thumb we suggest between 1 to 2 years. Can you clean whilst furniture in place? Yes. We work in offices and homes and can work around furniture. We can also help move smaller objects with you but advise large objects such as large wardrobes you either move yourselves or leave in place to be cleaned around Is access an issue? We have over 200 feet of cable so most properties can be cleaned however, people who live in high-rises or above a 4th floor in a building, it is unlikely we will be able to help in this matter for health and safety reasons. A company with a smaller machine may be advantageous. |
What type of equipment do you use?
There are three types of machinery in the carpet cleaning industry . Rug doctors and Vax machines. We do not advise you use these systems. Although they do have there benefits to some degree the essential problem is they do not have the power to put out the cleaning products they have put in (around 30 PSI). This means detergent is left in the carpet which only attracts dirt faster. The carpets will look cleaner but will get dirtier faster. Professional portable machines. These are good pieces of equipment costing somewhere in the region of £3,000 to buy. They have great suction and power with PSI ranges of around 300. Truck mount - This is what we use. These can cost in region of £10,000 to £30,000. They have great constant vacuum and high PSI of up to 1200. They are very popular in America as they do such a good job. Obviously all of this needs to be paired with a good operator, someone who is trained to work with fabrics and chemicals. We have trained with NCCA and work closely with them to ensure our staff have the necessary skills and understanding to clean your carpets and upholstery correctly and efficiently. |
