Cleaning Process

Replacing your carpets and rugs can be time consuming as well as very costly on your pocket. We continue to help  people to clean and restore their carpets to an almost new appearance.   You could say we ‘recycle your old carpets’ and give you clean, fresh and healthy carpets … which look almost new at a fraction of the cost of replacing them. 
PRE-SPOT DIFFICULT STAINS.
We will pre-spot your carpet for all difficult stains. We will carry out specialist stain removal techniques on stains, which are of particular concern to you. We can remove, urine, coffee/tea, excrement, paint, children's slime glitter, blood and anything else you can think of.
 
ECO-FRIENDLY PRESPRAY.
Next we will apply a Eco-Friendly pre-spray specially designed to electro-mechanically lift oily dirt and pollutants from your carpet fibres and suspend them, floating in an
aqueous solution, ready to be quickly and safely extracted using our  State-of-the-art extraction machines.
 
HOT WATER EXTRACTION MACHINE.
We use a “state of the art”, high pressure, hot water extraction machines which shoots the cleaning solution into the carpet at high pressure. This helps to break up the dirt, bacteria and pollens in the carpet. The machine then produces a huge vacuum volume to draw the dirt and chemicals out of your carpet.

HIGH-FILTRATION VACUUM.
​First we vacuum with a high filtration cleaning system specifically designed for deep down soil removal. Our vacuum has extremely high suction and contains HEPA filters ,trapping all dirt and bacteria within the machine, as opposed to domestic vacuum cleaners in which 30% goes back into the room.
 
MOVE LARGE FURNISHINGS.
We will move larger furnishings such as chairs and tables but for Insurance reasons we ask you to move smaller valuable items such as ornaments before we arrive.
RESIDUE RINSE.
We use the extraction machine to ensure a residue free rinse that ensures the integrity of your carpet and helps to retard re-soiling
 
PROTECTIVE FOIL TABS.
Furniture is replaced back onto the carpet with protective foil tabs and Styrofoam blocks under the legs to prevent varnish leaching into the damp carpet.
 
GROOMING.
Where appropriate, we groom your carpet to leave it in best possible condition. This usually means we run a grooming rake over the carpet to ensure the fibres are tangle-free and as ‘fluffy’ as possible.
 
RAPID-DRY.
Finally, we’ll use special carpet
dryers to rapidly dry carpets so you use them much quicker than normal.
